Qualifications:

At least 7 years of management experience, including EU/NATO or international development projects.
Successful previous experience in managing complex collaborative projects.
Good understanding of business value in the context of the project.
Experience strategic planning processes and tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent communication and analytical skills, open-mindedness, and strong orientation to teamwork.
Higher education and fluent in English (C1).

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and completing EU and other development projects and organizing our involvement in them.
Coordinating work with government institutions and technology companies, and leading discussions with partners.
Acting as the projects portfolio owner and large-scale programme owner, supported by different project managers.
Planning, monitoring, and supervising the progress of development projects winning strategy, action plan, budget, work breakdown structure, alignment, motivation, etc.
Directing other project owners and project managers in the respective field.
Preparing and presenting reports in the respective field.
