Your daily tasks will be

• Control of accounts, ensuring costs are splitted accurately;
  
• Preparing, examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
  
• Month-end and year-end activities;
  
• Invoicing between group companies;
  
• Tax reports support;
  
• Communication with accountants and tax specialists of international group companies;
  
• Assisting Head of Finance in preparation of annual reports/management accounts and in audit procedures;
  
• Assisting in group consolidation procedures;
  
• Ensuring that intercompany and supplier agreements are in place where necessary;
  
• Identifies caps in efficiency and transparency, makes recommendations to improve processes, workflows.
  
  

What we expect from you

• A degree in finance, or equivalent level qualification;
• Previous working experience in finance (3+ years);
• Excellent written and verbal English and Estonian;
• Good knowledge of accounting legislation, procedures and principles;
• Experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Initiative and great decision-making skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to details, accuracy and correctness and the ability to prioritize tasks based on the urgency;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Ability to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced environment;
• Hands on personality;
• Honesty and sense of responsibility.
