We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Specialist to join the Global CRM Team. The VIP CRM Specialist for the brand Sportsbet.io will be responsible for implementing and coordinating customer relationship management strategies to enhance player performance metrics, customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role involves working closely with the VIP team and various other departments to ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns and initiatives. 🚀

Your daily tasks will be
  • Design and execute CRM strategies to enhance VIP player performance metrics, customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Collaborate with the CRM Manager on leveraging data-driven insights to segment and target customer groups effectively;
  • Execute CRM campaigns and own the customer lifecycle across various channels, including email marketing, SMS, messaging apps, push notifications, and other channels. Collaborate with different marketing verticals to ensure seamless integration of CRM activities with broader marketing initiatives;
  • Create and manage customer journeys driven by sports and other events, ensuring that relevant and timely communications are delivered. Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, and incentives to drive desired customer behaviors;
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, using KPIs such as, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer retention, and player performance metrics. Collaborate with the CRM Manager on regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization;
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to create targeted and personalized communications, offers, and promotions. Collaborate with the CRM Manager to leverage customer insights and optimize CRM efforts;
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support to align CRM activities with broader business goals and ensure a consistent customer experience across touchpoints;
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies related to CRM and customer engagement in the iGaming industry. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement. 

What we expect from you
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills;
  • Experience managing and maintaining a CRM tool within the iGaming industry;
  • Excellent understanding of the technical integration process for CRM tools and communication channels;
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in a simple manner;
  • Interest in Sports and/or Sports Betting is a huge plus.
