Purpose of the role:

Client Directors are central to the success of the Bombay vision. They are the acquirers and retainers of the primary source of revenue for Bombay, our VIP players. Being the primary relationship managers of Bombays exclusive VIP clientele, they influence and shape the very essence of the Bombay experience. Working closely with all aspects of the Bombay delivery teams to ensure that the best in personalised VIP experiences are not only aspired to but delivered as service as normal. 

Your responsibilities will be: 
  • Promoting the Bombay Club experience to VIPs
  • Acquiring and onboarding VIPs into the Bombay Club ecosystem
  • Building strong relationships with VIPs and Agents by anticipating their needs
  • Encouraging and enabling sustainable gaming activity across the Bombay Club ecosystem
  • Selling the Bombay experience to VIPs and Agents through the brand strength and unforgettable experiences rather than price point
  • Managing the commercial aspect of the VIP and Agent relationship
  • Negotiating competitive terms of agent revenue share
  • Negotiating competitive terms of VIP cashback, deposit bonuses and rewards
  • Creating in-depth profiles of your VIPs and Agents to ensure all Bombay experiences are tailored to their exact requirements
  • Directing Bombay delivery teams on the existing and changing needs of your VIP clients to ensure the Bombay Club stays at the forefront of the exclusive VIP casino market
  • Working with existing VIP operational teams to support you and your VIPs in all aspects of relationship management
What do we expect from you? 
  • 5+ years of working within online and/or offline casino environments
  • Provable strong relationship management skills with high net worth individuals (HNWIs)
  • Existing network of agent and VIP contacts
  • Experience working long hours in social environments, maintaining composure in stressful situations while keeping your focus on your ultimate goal
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • High degree of numeracy and commercial awareness
  • Ability to think on your feet in a high-stress environment
  • A good understanding of cryptocurrency
  • Exceptional socialising skills, with an ability to build a rapport quickly
  • Motivated by having a strong work ethic to deliver large financial gains
  • Implacable discretion and integrity
  • Fluency in English. Any other language skill is a plus
