Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of management experience, including EU/NATO or international development projects.
- Successful previous experience in managing complex collaborative projects.
- Good understanding of business value in the context of the project.
- Experience strategic planning processes and tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, open-mindedness, and strong orientation to teamwork.
- Higher education and fluent in English (C1).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and completing EU and other development projects and organizing our involvement in them.
- Coordinating work with government institutions and technology companies, and leading discussions with partners.
- Acting as the projects portfolio owner and large-scale programme owner, supported by different project managers.
- Planning, monitoring, and supervising the progress of development projects winning strategy, action plan, budget, work breakdown structure, alignment, motivation, etc.
- Directing other project owners and project managers in the respective field.
- Preparing and presenting reports in the respective field.
