You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Collecting and descripting detailed business functional requirements for the development of IT systems.
- Developing testing scenarios for user approval testing and coordinating with the process owners.
- Analyzing problems/incidents reported by users or customers and proposing improvements to IT systems.
- Ensuring data quality in assigned IT systems by analyzing, organizing error corrections, and defining business rules.
- Organizing training sessions for IT system users and the preparation of SOPs.
- Participating in both existing and new projects related to assigned IT systems.
Required for this position
- Higher education in IT, Business, Data Analytics or Project Management (Bachelor degree and up).
- 1+ year work experience in IT systems / process development.
- Experience in working with information systems, which are supervised by the Data and Analysis Department.
- Knowledge of reading SQL and be able to write simple queries, creating PowerBI tools.
- Ability to collect, systematize, analyze information, single out its essence, compare and summarize data, give conclusions, recommendations.
- Able to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Estonian and English languages.

Salary range: 2260-3254 EUR gross.
